I am a full-time real estate professional/broker and a member of the top producing team in Brunswick County, Hank Troscianiec & Associates. I am not your neighbor who works as a Realtor to supplement their income. This is my job and we have consistently closed more homes than any one else in Brunswick County since 2013. I grew up in Charlotte North Carolina graduating from the University of North Carolina Charlotte in 1994. I spent the next 20 years working in the high paced,energetic and process driven environment developing great teams in Target Stores. I have called Oak Island my home since 2014 when I chose to take my talent for helping others succeed, into an entrepreneurial business model. I take real joy from helping others achieve their goals and dreams, so in 2018, when I was ready to grow my business to the next level, I chose to join best in the business with a history of incredible service and sales.
